If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Playshelf, you have the right to withdraw the purchase during a 14-day reflection period. You must return the product within 14 days from the date on which you inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. Return shipping will be discounted from your refund in the amount of (i) €25 if shipped from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain, (ii) €60 if shipped from any other EU country, (iii) £25 if shipped from the United Kingdom.
If reasonably possible, we ask that the Playshelf be unassembled, in its original condition and packaging.
