I did not receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

Sometimes order confirmations can end up in your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder, so we recommend checking there first. If you still can't find it, it’s possible that a different email address was used—especially if you used a fast checkout option like PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. In such cases, we send the confirmation to the email associated with that account.
