You can cancel your Play Kits Subscription at any time. Please do so at least 3 days before your next shipping date for the cancellation to take effect.
To cancel, sign in to your account - for EU visit https://lovevery.eu/account for UK visit https://lovevery.co.uk/account - and click on Account Settings. Then, under Manage Subscription, you can choose to skip the next Play Kit or cancel your subscription altogether.
You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation and/or refund (when applicable). If you cancel a subscription that includes Play Kits you’ve already prepaid for, you’ll be refunded the purchase price of The Play Kits you haven’t received. If you’re owed a refund, you can expect to receive confirmation on that refund to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
If you cancel, you will see the option to restart with the Play Kit that was next to process on your account. If you previously added the Book Bundle to your subscription, you’ll need to re-add them when you restart your subscription.
